These terms apply to your use of AiSender, operated by Bulk SMS India, 787, Basant Nagar, Jagadhri, Haryana 135001, India. By creating an account or using the panel or API, you agree to them.

The service

AiSender lets businesses send and receive messages on the WhatsApp Business Platform, manage templates, chat with customers, use an optional AI chatbot and access an API. WhatsApp features depend on Meta, and Meta may change or limit them.

Your responsibilities

• Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
• Message only people who have agreed to receive messages from your business, and honour opt-out requests.
• Do not send spam, illegal content, or content that misleads people.
• Keep your login details and API keys safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Check the business information you give the AI chatbot. You are responsible for replies the bot sends based on it.

Wallet and payments

• AiSender works on a prepaid wallet. Messages and AI replies are charged from the wallet at the rates shown in your panel.
• Messages that fail to send are refunded to your wallet.
• Rates can change when Meta changes its prices. We show updated rates in the panel before they apply.
• For refund of unused wallet balance, contact us. Requests are handled case by case.

Suspension

We may pause sending or suspend an account that breaks these terms or Meta's policies, or when Meta restricts a number. We will tell you the reason where we can.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted, since delivery depends on Meta and mobile networks. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana have jurisdiction.
