Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the data AiSender holds about you or your business at any time.

Remove AiSender from Facebook

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
3. Find AiSender and choose Remove.

This stops AiSender from accessing your WhatsApp Business Account. It does not delete data we already hold. To delete that, send a request as below.

Ask us to delete your data

We confirm the request within 3 working days and delete your account details, WhatsApp access tokens, contacts, message history and AI chatbot information within 30 days. Invoices and payment records are kept only as long as Indian tax law requires.

If you messaged a business that uses AiSender

Ask that business to delete your chat. You can also email us with your mobile number and the business name, and we will help.
