Privacy policy

This policy explains what information AiSender collects, how we use it and the choices you have. AiSender (aisender.io and the AiSender panel) is operated by Bulk SMS India, 787, Basant Nagar, Jagadhri, Haryana 135001, India ("we", "us").
Who this applies to
Businesses that create an AiSender account ("customers"), the people who use those accounts, and the end users who exchange WhatsApp messages with our customers. For end users' messages, the business you are chatting with decides how they are used, and we process them on that business's behalf.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, business name, email, mobile number, GSTIN and billing address.
- Facebook and WhatsApp details: when you connect with Facebook, we receive your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display name and an access token that lets us send messages for you. We do not receive your Facebook password.
- Messages and contacts: the messages you send and receive through AiSender, delivery statuses, contact numbers and names, tags and notes you add.
- Payments: wallet recharges are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference, not your card or bank details.
- Usage and security data: sign-in times, IP address and browser type, used to keep accounts secure.
How we use information
- To send and receive WhatsApp messages, show delivery reports and run Live Chat.
- To bill your wallet, issue invoices and prevent misuse.
- To provide support and tell you about changes to the service.
- To run the AI chatbot when you switch it on (see below).
We do not sell personal information and we do not use your customers' messages for advertising.
AI chatbot
If a customer switches on the AI chatbot, the text of incoming WhatsApp messages, recent chat history and the business information the customer has entered are sent to our AI provider (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) to write a reply. The provider processes this data only to return the reply, under its API terms. The chatbot is off unless the business turns it on.
Sharing
We share information only with: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) to deliver messages; our messaging partner for billing of WhatsApp conversations; Razorpay for payments; our AI provider when the chatbot is on; our hosting provider; and authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep data
Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and as required by Indian tax law. Message history is kept while your account is active so your team can see past chats. When you ask us to delete your data, we follow the steps on our data deletion page.
Security
Access tokens and API keys are stored encrypted, passwords are stored as hashes, and all traffic uses HTTPS.
Your choices
- See and update your account details in the panel.
- Disconnect your WhatsApp number or remove AiSender from Facebook at any time.
- Ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
- End users can reply STOP to stop marketing messages from a business.
