It offers bulk WhatsApp campaigns with Meta-approved templates, a shared team inbox (Live Chat), an AI chatbot that replies in Hindi, English and Hinglish, delivery and read reports, a prepaid wallet with GST invoices and no monthly fee, and a REST API with webhooks. Built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). New accounts get 500 free messages for order updates, reminders and alerts.
